35. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4374 WITH PARTS AUTHORITY LLC TO PROVIDE AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4374 with Parts Authority LLC to provide Automotive Supplies for a three (3) year term (through June 30, 2028) with two (2) one-year extension options for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $50,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
