34. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4375 WITH UNITED RENTALS INC. TO PROVIDE RENTAL EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4375 with United Rentals Inc.to provide Rental Equipment for a three (3) year term (through June 30, 2028), with two (2) one-year extension options for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $60,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
