5) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT FOR EXECUTIVE LEVEL RECRUITMENT SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the selection of TS Talent Solutions of Tripepi Smith & Associates, Inc. to conduct the recruitments for the City Manager and Fire Chief positions. 2.
