10. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-73 APPROVING THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FIRST PUBLIC HYDROGEN (FPH2) JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-73 approving the City of Montebello to become a member of the First Public Hydrogen (FPH2) Joint Powers Authority (JPA); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with FPH2 on the City’s behalf; and 3. Take any additional related actions as deemed necessary
