27. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4338 WITH THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (CAL OES) FOR TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT OF VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT – WATER TENDER WT-11 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4338 with the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to complete the temporary assignment of Water Tender WT-11 to the City's Fire Department; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
