CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR RIGHT OF ENTRY CONSTRUCTION LICENSE AND FOR THE MARQUITA SLOPE RECONSTRUCTION WORK AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-135, which will approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-46, Right of Entry Construction License and Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and Marquita, LLC., Marquita Limited Homeowners' Association, and Sea Bluff Homeowner Association, for the Marquita Slope Reconstruction Work.
