CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHABAD JEWISH CENTER AND THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-100, which would approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-39, the Parking Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and Chabad Jewish Center, included as Exhibit A to the proposed Resolution (Attachment 1) for an initial annual license fee of $1,000 and an initial term of five years with one five-year option exercisable in the City Manager’s discretion.
