CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (OCTA) AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL RAIL AUTHORITY (SCRRA) FOR PEDESTRIAN AUDIBLE WARNING SYSTEM (PAWS) FOR COST SHARING AND CONSTRUCTION Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-131, which will approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-45, Cooperative Agreement No. C-5-4115, by and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County Transportation Authority and Southern California Regional Rail Authority, for the Pedestrian Audible Warning System Rehabilitation, for a total City contribution of $406,000 ($250,000 for design and $156,000 which is 12% of the total construction cost; estimated at $1,300,000.)
