13. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-954 authorizing the City to accept and appropriate a CALTRANS Sustainable Transportation Planning grant, in the amount of $595,000, to prepare the Oceanside Active Transportation Plan; authorize the appropriation of $82,000 from the Committed General Plan Assigned account for the required City-match; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary grant documents.
