8. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-979 Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Interfaith Community Services (ICS), in the amount of $228,000, for operation of Oceanside Bridge Housing for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025–26, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
