9. Approval of a Professional Service Agreement for Communications and Social Media Services with Tripepi Smith & Associates, Inc. It is recommended that the City Council; 1. Approve Professional Service Agreement for Communications and Social Media Services with Tripepi Smith & Associates, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to Execute the Agreement; and 3. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute any associated documents needed for the Agreement; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
