4. Consideration of Removing Translation Services from the City Council Special Meetings. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize staff to remove interpreting services from the Special Meeting and begin interpreting services for the City Council Regular Meetings. 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
