1) CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CITYWIDE PEDESTRIAN & VEHICLE TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FY 24-25 - PROJECT NO. 23027 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the work performed by Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for the Citywide Pedestrian & Vehicle Traffic Safety Improvements FY 24-25 (Project No. 23027) with a final contract amount of $283,501.57; and 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Deputy City Clerk to execute the Notice of Completion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release a retention once appropriate. FIRE DEPARTMENT
