17. ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN FUNDED VACANT POSITIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the elimination of certain funded vacant positions for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and 2. Approve the updated Master Position Control (Attachment A); and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
