14. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3936 WITH A & A FLEET PAINTING, INC., TO PROVIDE VEHICLE PAINT AND BODY REPAIR SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3936 with A & A Fleet Painting Inc. (A & A Fleet), for an additional one-year (1-year) term, to provide vehicle paint and body repair services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on the City’s behalf; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
