15. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4422 BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND BLINK NETWORK, LLC FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Exclusive Electric Vehicle Charging Services Agreement No. 4422 with Blink Network, LLC for the installation, operation, management, and maintenance of the electric vehicle charging stations at City Hall; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate terms and execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
