4.5 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR POINTE AIR CONDITIONING & CONTROL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with Harbor Pointe Air Conditioning & Control Systems, Inc. to perform HVAC maintenance services that extends the term one year and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $34,000 for a total amount of $134,000; and 2.
