22. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DAVEY COACH SALES, LLC FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR TO PROVIDE CONTINUED BUS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the existing Contract Services Agreement between the City of Carson and Davey Coach Sales, LLC, which would extend the agreement for one additional year and update the contract terms as described in this report; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
