19. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-15 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SAN GABRIEL AND LOWER LOS ANGELES RIVERS AND MOUNTAINS CONSERVANCY PROPOSITION 4 WILDFIRE AND FOREST RESILIENCE GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-15 authorizing the submission of an application for the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy Proposition 4 Wildfire and Forest Resilience Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
