14. APPROVE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (CAL OES) STATE AND LOCAL CYBERSECURITY GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve submission of an application for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably- necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
