15. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH CATALYST AND SALESFORCE; AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS CENTER TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Catalyst for the implementation of a Salesforce-based Customer Success Center platform in an amount not to exceed $270,592; 2. Approve a Licensing Agreement with Salesforce, Inc. for Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Tableau licensing in an amount not to exceed $29,904 annually; 3. Approve a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with OpenGov, Inc. (dated November 19, 2025), to add enterprise asset management services, in the amount of $420,101.30, for a new total contract amount of $831,711.30; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents.
