CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTH PASADENA HOUSING AUTHORITY AND RELATED/SOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LLC CALIFORNIA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1503 AND 1507 EL CENTRO STREET Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council, sitting as the Board of Directors of the South Pasadena Housing Authority, approve the First Amendment to the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Related/SoCal Development, LLC., subject to the final form of the Amendment's attachments as negotiated and subsequently approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
