23. South Bay Regional Public Communications Authority (SBRPCA) Invoices—Build Out on Delivered Police Vehicles. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends the City Council approve the payments to SBRPCA, for services rendered pertaining to invoice #04730 ($125,954.07) and invoice #04729 ($17,597.17). Staff also recommends that the City Council appropriate funds for quote #3174 ($64,208.60) for scheduled build-outs on new police vehicles.
