8. Appropriation of Additional Funds for Land Development and Engineering Plan Checking Services Agreement with RKA and extend the term of its contract and the term for John L. Hunter Associates and David Volz Design to December 31, 2026. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $70,000 from the General Fund for RKA Agreement; and 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to extend the Professional Services Agreement with RKA, John L. Hunter Associates, and David Volz Design for Engineering services; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary budget adjustments to allow payments as approved for FY 2025/2026.
