11H. CONTRACT AWARD - SC RIDES PROGRAM Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report, appropriate actions include adopting Resolution No. 26-118, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- 43, the modified three-year Professional Services Agreement contract, by and between the City of San Clemente and Lyft, Inc., providing for on-demand SC Rides rideshare services with the option, at the City’s sole discretion, to exercise two additional years, in an amount not to exceed $1,050,000 in a contract form substantially similar to that presented to City Council on June 16, 2026. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all other documents and Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) contract amendments as necessary to formally modify the Project V grant to eliminate the Last Mile Program but continue funding for SC Rides.
