CONTRACT AMENDMENTS - MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES (C23-31), DOWNTOWN PRESSURE WASHING (C23-33), LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF CITY PROPERTIES WEST OF INTERSTATE 5 (C23-34), AND ATHLETIC FIELD INFIELD AND TRACK MAINTENANCE (C23-32) Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-122, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C23-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and Omni Enterprise, Inc. dba Omniclean, providing for Janitorial Services, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the annual compensation to an amount not to exceed $502,771. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C23-33, by and between the City of San Clemente and Powerclean PC Pressure Washing, Inc., providing for Downtown Pressure Washing, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the annual compensation to an amount not to exceed $69,427. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C23-32, by and between the City of San Clemente and Professional Sports Field Maintenance, Inc. (PSFM), providing for Maintenance Services for Infields and Track Maintenance, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the annual compensation to an amount not to exceed $555,400. 4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C23-34, by and between the City of San Clemente and Priority Landscape Services, LLC., providing for Maintenance Services for Landscape Maintenance of City Properties West of Interstate 5 with, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the annual compensation to an amount not to exceed $618,218.
