10. CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TRUNARC DELTA HANDHELD ANALYZER FROM THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize a budget transfer of $31,200.00 from account #270-4010-4015-8170 (Asset Forfeiture-Professional Services) into account #270-4010-4015-8520 (Asset Forfeiture - Machinery and Equipment); 2. Find that the purchase of the Trunarc Delta Handheld Analyzer from Thermo Fisher Scientific is in the best interest of the City pursuant to Section 2.99-29(9)(d); and 3. Authorize a Purchase Order in the amount of $47,048.84 with Thermo Fisher Scientific using funds from account #270-4010-4015-8520 (Asset Forfeiture - Machinery and Equipment).
