13. Appropriate Measure BP Funds, and Accept and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Completion for City Project, CIP 20-129 San Gabriel River Bikeway - Greening It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the construction improvements completed by Griffith Company for CIP 20-129 — San Gabriel River Bikeway Greening Project, and 2. Approve a Budget Amendment of $383,790 into the CIP project from Measure BP; and 3. Authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office for CIP 20-129; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments. 5. Authorize the Public Works Director to release retention and close out the project in accordance with the contract documents.
