11. Authorization to renew agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc It is recommended that the City Council 1. Authorize funding request as shown on the Table under the FISCAL IMPACT using ARPA and Measure BP funds in the amount of $720,612.84 to cover the five-year body-worn camera and in-car video program renewal amendment; and 2. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for body- worn camera and in-car video system renewal services under Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract #101223-AXN-; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriation and necessary budget adjustment, reallocate and re-obligate ARPA and Measure BP funds between the body-worn and vehicle camera and Council Chamber projects expenditure deadline; and 4. Direct the Director of Finance to bring back the addendums to Inter-Agency Agreements between the City and Public Works and Police departments for review and approval by end of July 2026.
