21. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1423 Amendment 4 to the Master Concessionaire Property Use Agreement with MainStreet Oceanside, Inc., to extend the term for two additional years commencing on July 15, 2026 and terminating on July 30, 2028 and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
