16. Landscape Maintenance Agreement with SGD Enterprises, DBA Four Seasons Landscaping Service, for Landscape Maintenance of Common Benefit Areas within Lighting Act District No. 22 Recommendation: 1. Award a five-year Landscape Maintenance Agreement to SGD Enterprises, DBA Four Seasons Landscaping Service for City of Calabasas Landscape Maintenance of Common Benefit Areas within LMD District 22 in the amount not to exceed $2,670,250, with the option for two (2) additional two-year extensions resulting in a potential contract term of nine (9) years in an amount not to exceed $5,217,324; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the subsequent two-year contract extensions of two (2) years each. PUBLIC HEARINGS
