Professional Service Agreements for On-Call/As-Needed Contracts for General Engineering (A) and General Building (B) Licensed Contractor Services Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Service Agreements with five (5) General Contractors for On-Call/As-Needed General Engineering (A) and General Building (B) contractor services in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 each for a five (5) year term, with two (2) optional renewals for 1 year each.
