4. Approval of Vendor Services Agreement with PlayCore Wisconsin, Inc., dba GameTime, for the Walnut Ranch Park Shade Improvements Project and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-56 dba GameTime, for the Walnut Ranch Park Shade Improvements Project in the amount of $156,153.79; percent (20%) of the Agreement amount ($31,230.76) for unforeseen conditions and additional work necessary to complete the project; dba GameTime, under the Agreement for Vendor Services; and Improvement Program (CIP) to appropriate $100,000 from Park In-Lieu Fund Reserves and $87,400 from General Fund Reserves for the Walnut Ranch Park Shade Improvements Project.
