27. CONSIDER APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH DEERE & COMPANY, DBA JOHN DEERE, FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO TRUFINISH 1235 ELECTRIC UTILITY RAKES (SANDPROS) FOR THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT’S PARK MAINTENANCE DIVISION (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a Purchase Agreement with Deere & Company, dba John Deere, an authorized Sourcewell vendor under Contract No. 112624-DAC, for the purchase of two John Deere TruFinish 1235 Electric Utility Rakes (SandPros), for a total not-to-exceed purchase price of $78,386.12; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
