16. Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and ClearSource Financial Consulting for Building Safety and Public Works nexus fee study. Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with ClearSource Financial Consulting and authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into and execute the agreement.
