(61) 26-1348 MOTION (SOTO-MARTINEZ - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding emergency financial assistance through the U.S. Bank ReliaCard. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the City Controller to utilize and disburse the remaining balance of $95,565.00 transferred to the Community Investment Department, pursuant to Council File 24-1244-S1, Public Assistance Benefit Program Fund No. 10E/21, Account No. 21C246 (CD 13 Emergency Financial Assistance Program) for disbursement to the U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (U.S. Bank) for the purpose described above. 2. AUTHORIZE the City Controller to disencumber up to $29,902.67 from the remaining Fiscal Year 2025-26 encumbered balance of funds transferred to the Community Investment Department, pursuant to Council File 25-1293, for Contract No. C-202521 with El Centro Del Pueblo (SC 21 CO26202521 Y) within the Community Investment Department Fund No. 100/21, Account No. 003040 (Contractual Services), process the early reversion of the disencumbered amount and appropriate therefrom in the same amount to the Public Assistance Benefit Program Fund No. 10E/21, Account No. 21C246 (CD 13 Emergency Financial Assistance Program) for disbursement to the U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (U.S. Bank), for the purpose described above. 3. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, or designee, of the Community Investment Department to prepare, process, and execute any documents and payments necessary to disburse these funds to the U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (U.S. Bank), a City contractor, utilizing the existing City Contract (C- 203951) and any successor contract with U.S. Bank, as appropriate, for the above purpose. 4. AUTHORIZE the Community Investment Department to make any technical corrections, clarifications, or revisions, as necessary, to implement the motion's intent.
