59. Grant of Easement in the City of Malibu Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire Protection District (District), approve the grant of an easement to the County Waterworks District No. 29, Malibu (Water District) for water pump stations, waterlines, pressure regulating stations, appurtenant structures, and related ingress and egress purposes associated with the Carbon Canyon Road Waterline Improvements Project (Project), which exists on an unoccupied portion of land at the Northwest corner of FS 70 in the City of Malibu. Approve and authorize the Fire Chief to execute easement documents, acknowledgments, certificates of acceptance, and any related ancillary documentation required for the Project between the Fire District and Water District.
