64. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Michael Matoba v. County of Los Angeles Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Michael Matoba v. County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV17988, in the amount of $1,250,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Office of the District Attorney's budget. This lawsuit alleges that an employee of the District Attorney's Office was subjected to retaliation. (26-5901)
