7. Approval of a $99,734 Budget Appropriation for the Extension of the Citywide Janitorial Services Agreement with California Cleaning Maintenance It is recommended that the City Council; 1. Authorize additional funding in the amount of $99,734 for the extension of the City’s agreement with California Cleaning Maintenance for citywide janitorial services; and 2. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute any associated documents necessary to implement the agreement extension, consistent with the terms of the existing agreement; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding among the various funds, as indicated under Fiscal Impact table, in the amount of $99,734, for a total appropriation of $260,520, for each fiscal year and each of up to three (3) additional one-year terms, and to make any necessary budget adjustments.
