(1) 17-1125 PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, AND BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEES’ REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to update the Shared Mobility Device Permit Program Fee Schedule. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated August 26, 2026, relative to amending Subsection (a) of Section 71.29.1 of Article 1 of Chapter VII of the LAMC to update the Shared Mobility Device Permit Program fee schedule. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Attorney. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
