(1) 26-1215 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Second Amendment to Governance Agreement for Statewide Clean Fuel Rewards Program. Recommendation for Council action: CONCUR with action of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of August 25, 2026, Resolution No. 027 028, which approves the Second Amendment to Governance Agreement for Statewide Clean Fuel Rewards Program. The Amendment extends the Agreement through January 28, 2030. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Board of Water and Power Commissioners. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
