10.C. Professional Services Agreement Amendment for Engineering and Assessment Services with Francisco and Associates It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. 2399-A with Francisco and Associates, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to extend the agreement term for an additional three years, through November 30, 2029, and increase the agreement compensation by $40,575 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $81,525 for the term of the agreement, to continue providing professional engineering and assessment services for Citywide Maintenance District No. 93-1; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
