A\nConsideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to\nconsider adopting Resolution No. 26-12 – A Resolution authorizing the City\nManager to execute Purchase and Sale Agreement File No. 1125, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, between the City of Bellflower and Bellflower\n5 Inv, LLC for the purchase of real property located at 9855 Flower Street\nCEQA: This matter is exempt from additional review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq., "CEQA")\nand the regulations promulgated thereunder (14 California Code of Regulations\n§§ 15000, et seq., the "CEQA Guidelines"), because it authorizes the sale of real\nproperties only; it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that this\ndisposition, by itself, will cause a direct physical change in the environment and is\ntherefore not considered a “project” pursuant to CEQA § 21065. An Initial Study (“IS”) and MND 25-01 were prepared. These\nfound that the proposed project will not have a significant adverse effect on the\nenvironment with implementation of proposed mitigation measures.
