15. ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 23-76 AND 23-77 APPROVING THE JOB SPECIFICATION AND SALARY RANGE FOR THE FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT CLASSIFICATION OF ELECTRICIAN AND PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-76 approving the job specification for the full-time equivalent (FTE) classification of Electrician and Plumber; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-77 approving the compensation plan to include the salary range for both the FTE classification of Electrician and Plumber (Range 27: $63,242 – $78,980); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
