7. Approval of Contract Change Order for the Public Works Maintenance Yard Improvements Project - CIP 22-028 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Change Order in the amount of $40,000 and authorize payment to TAIT & Associates for added design services; and, 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget adjustments and transfers; and, 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute and process the outstanding payments due to TAIT & Associates for plan design services.
