12. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4218 WITH NEOGOV FOR HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SOFTWARE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a four (4) year Professional Services Agreement (No. 4218) with NEOGOV for Human Resources Information Software Services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $224,682 over the four (4) year term; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No. 4218; and 3. Approve an exception to procurement of the professional services through Montebello Municipal Code Section 3.21.025(B) - Conformance with Bidding Procedures; and, 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
