3-E. CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AUGMENTATION WITH WILLDAN GROUP, INC. It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Willdan Group, Inc. to provide code enforcement services to assist the Fire Department, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for an amount not to exceed $150,000 annually; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
