19. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3999 WITH MARK THOMAS FOR ON-CALL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3999 between the City of Montebello and Mark Thomas for a One (1) Year Extension; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
