18. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-42 ADOPTING THE 2025 SANITARY SEWER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE RE-CERTIFICATION WITH THE STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD (SWRCB) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Resolution No. 25-42 adopting the 2025 Sewer System Management Plan; and 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to re-certify the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Management Plan with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
