36. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-48 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-48 authorizing the submission of an application for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to delegate the authority to the Director of Recreation and Community Services to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably-necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
